Traffic & Parking Enforcement Vehicles
Compact CCTV enabled vehicle supporting Attended, Unattended, Spotter and Workplace Parking Levy Scheme Modes.
TES CCTV enforcement vehicles are in use every day assisting clients to manage traffic flow, enforce parking regulations and promote road safety.
There are six generations of vehicles currently available, each one with more features and extended capabilities from the last one.

Civil Enforcement Agency Vehicles
ANPR detection system installed in any suitable civil enforcement agent vehicle.
The “TES Wanted Vehicle Detection” solution for Civil Enforcement Agencies is based on the tried and tested TESCap mobile ANPR technology in daily use by local authorities across the UK.
The ANPR equipment is built, installed and configured for use in a medium size van which provides the perfect platform for Civil Enforcement operations.

Police Enforcement Vehicles
CCTV enabled vehicles used to assist police officers in the detection of driver related offences and Road Safety / Traffic Monitoring duties.
TES provide custom built CCTV equipped cars to Police forces. They are primarily used to assist police officers in the detection of driver related offences, and can also be deployed in road safety / traffic monitoring roles.
Key Features
- The police officer can use the roof mounted extendable PTZ camera to carry out enforcement duties by using the touchscreen to activate the recording equipment to capture evidence
- Recording equipment uses the ‘TESCap’ application used in Civil Traffic and Parking enforcement vehicles
- Video evidence can be encrypted and is easily transferrable by USB stick to a Review Client for checking
- Typical offences enforced include not wearing seat belts, using mobile phones whilst driving and driving whilst distracted

Survey Vehicles
CCTV enabled vehicles assist local authorities with traffic / parking surveys.
To assist customers to survey their on-street parking estate, we offer ANPR vehicles for fixed price occupancy surveys.
TES Survey vehicles are fitted with a state of the art GPS receiver, meaning that enforcement zones can be accurately mapped.
Key Features
- Survey areas are mapped to bay level in the TES CDM platform
- TES Survey vehicles use the mapping to carry out Parking Stress surveys
- The data produced by TES ANPR Survey vehicles can be modelled in CDM on the map, and the raw data can also be downloaded and analyzed using third party packages such as MS Excel
