TES ParkRight has been named a finalist in the 2026 British Parking Awards (BPA 2026), alongside partners London Borough of Brent, St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls and DSSL.

The partnership has been shortlisted in the Parking Partnerships Award, which recognises successful collaboration between local authorities, companies and other organisations to deliver improvements across the parking sector.

The recognition follows the successful implementation of TES ParkRight at St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls in Brent. The solution was introduced to make it easier for authorised vehicles, including SEND transport, contractors, staff and visitors, to access the school without being incorrectly penalised by camera-based parking enforcement.

ParkRight provides a digital way for authorised vehicle registrations to be recorded. When a vehicle is subsequently detected by an enforcement camera, the system can identify an active access session and ensure that legitimate visits are not unnecessarily progressed for enforcement.

The approach has helped to reduce administration for the school and council, minimise the risk of registration errors and provide a smoother experience for authorised visitors and service providers.

The project demonstrates the value of collaboration between technology providers, local authorities and schools in finding practical solutions to the challenges created by parking restrictions around busy school sites.

The British Parking Awards describe the Parking Partnerships Award as recognising the importance of partnership working in the parking sector, with entries able to involve local authorities, companies, professional bodies, campaign groups and other stakeholders.

The TES, Brent, DSSL and St Claudine’s partnership is one of 15 finalists in the Parking Partnerships category. The 2026 awards ceremony will take place at the Royal Lancaster London on 18 September 2026,when the winners will be announced.

The British Parking Awards have been running since 2002 and are organised by Parking Review and Landor LINKS. The awards celebrate best practice, innovation and achievement in the design and management of public and private-sector parking.

The shortlisting is a significant recognition of the work undertaken by TES ParkRight and its partners to improve access, reduce unnecessary administration and support more effective parking management around the school.
